Why does the texture or consistency of my product change over time?

Natural ingredients can shift in texture or appearance as they settle, especially in products like our Body Veil or balm-based blends. These changes are a sign of authenticity, not imperfection. Temperature fluctuations can cause natural butters and oils to solidify or soften, but the product’s quality and effectiveness remain the same. A gentle stir or warm touch between your palms will bring your blend back to its silky, nurturing state.

How should I store my blends?

Store your blends in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve its natural potency. Because our products are free from synthetic preservatives, they thrive best when kept in stable, room-temperature conditions. Keep jars and tins tightly sealed between uses to protect the botanicals and extend shelf life.

What does "handcrafted" mean?

What is your return policy?

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients, we’re unable to accept returns once an item has been opened. However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged or you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Do you test on animals?

Never. Our blends are tested on willing humans—family, friends, and loyal customers—never on animals. Compassion is at the heart of our craft, and we honor that by creating products that nurture all living beings.
